Thanks a lot for your hint Jaddie because it allowed me to get access to my site. Nonetheless, BenClark is right because I had the same problem as his (" Error: Cannot call method 'getAttribute' of undefined "). So Jaddie, could you please tell us how you managed to make it work? FYI my site is running on DNN 5.5

I won't tell everyone NOT to use this module, but I would urge caution. I have tried it on three different sites and it trashed all three sites. I had to manually fix them. As Jaddie, states, you can fix the DnnChatCodeHelper.vb file. However, that only stops my sites from crashing. As soon as I drop a Chat module on a page, I instantly start getting 'Error: 'undefined' is null or not an object

The person above is incorrect, you can still easily use this on the latest dotnetnuke, just solve the issue by changing line 310 in DnnChatCodeHelper.vb to be as follows: Dim ctx As System.Web.HttpContext = System.Web.HttpContext.Current
